Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 2026
The IQA Hub is committed to making its website and platform accessible to as many people as possible, including users with visual, hearing, motor or cognitive impairments.
1Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Accessibility is considered at every stage of design and development, and we review the platform regularly as new features are added.
2What we've done
Structure: semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page.
Keyboard access: all interactive elements (forms, tabs, buttons and menus) are operable by keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
Contrast and colour: text meets WCAG AA contrast ratios, and colour is never the only way information is conveyed (statuses always include a text label).
Text: the platform supports browser zoom and text resizing up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
Forms: every input has a visible label or accessible placeholder, and errors are announced as text, not colour alone.
3Known limitations
Some generated PDF reports may not be fully tagged for screen readers; we are working to improve this. Uploaded evidence files are supplied by third parties and their accessibility is outside our control. If you need any document in an alternative format (large print, accessible PDF, audio), contact us and we will provide it.
4Feedback and contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of The IQA Hub. If you encounter any barrier, or need information in a different format, email us at contact@theiqahub.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
5Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com, which supports individuals on equality and human rights issues.
