Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These terms govern your use of The IQA Hub platform. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are registering on behalf of a training provider or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

1The service

The IQA Hub provides a managed internal quality assurance platform: provider registration and verification, course and learner management, evidence upload, qualification-based IQA allocation, sampling, Lead IQA oversight, EQA access, reporting, and quality management tooling.

2Accounts and security

You must keep your credentials confidential, use a strong password, and enable multi-factor authentication where offered. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that compromise platform security or these terms.

3Provider responsibilities

Training providers must ensure that course, learner and evidence data uploaded is accurate, that they have a lawful basis to share it (including the awarding organisation's learner IDs), and that evidence submitted is genuine. Submitting fabricated or misleading evidence may result in immediate suspension and notification to relevant awarding organisations.

4IQA practitioner terms

Practitioners must hold current, verifiable qualifications and awarding organisation registrations for work they accept; declare conflicts of interest; maintain independence and confidentiality; and complete reviews within agreed timescales. Verification is required before entering the allocation pool.

5Fees and payment

Services are billed per IQA case or by subscription, as selected in the platform. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated. Failed payments may result in suspension of service after notice.

6Reports and intellectual property

Final IQA reports generated for your organisation belong to you. The platform, its design, software and branding remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the platform.

7AI assistance

Where AI assistance features are used, all outputs are drafts for human review only. AI never makes independent quality decisions. Responsibility for every recorded decision rests with the qualified human reviewer who approves it.

8Confidentiality and data protection

Both parties will keep confidential information confidential. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy; where we process learner data on your behalf, we do so as processor under your instructions.

9Liability

We provide the platform with reasonable skill and care but do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10Termination

Either party may close an account with 30 days' notice. We may terminate immediately for serious breach. On closure, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, and completed reports remain downloadable during the notice period.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: contact@theiqahub.com.
